control standards

We design specific quality control procedures for each project. We look back on many years of experiences in producing & quality control of castings

We pay very strict attention to the needs of the client and so we select the appropriate manufacturing facility.

Further, we must consider whether the manufacturer is certified by ISO 9001 or even have approval acc. to TS 16949 for automotive parts. For ship parts is demand inspection by an inspector of a classification society, such as the GL, BV or other.

Inspections

First sample test are mandatory.

Series tests take place according to instruction of customers. It could be that we inspect with a random test or with 100ï¼… inspections.
