Our Supplier of Tianrun possesses the most advanced technology and facility, such as the automatic high-pressure multi-contact molding machine from Kunkel-Wagner Gmbh. The size of the flask is 1300*880*300, whose capacity is 80 mould/h. Annual output of good quality casting is 50,000 tons. An automatic sand preparation line from Kunkel-Wagner Gmbh also have been introduced. The capacity of the sand line is 100 tons of qualified sand per hour. We also have a dual-link melting include Inductotherm 15 tons verity frequency furnaces. To insure the high performance and good quality of the casting, we adopted the continuous desulfuration process and direct-reading spectrometer to analyze the material. And we have six sets of heat-treatment and core making equipment. The annual output of good quality casting is 100,000 tons. On heat-treatment department, we have introduced an AKW-H medium frequency hardening machine from AEG Company of Germany and nitrogen heat-treatment line from Austria. We also have two sets of advanced normalizing and tempering line and six sets of other type normalizing and tempering equipment as well as more than 10 sets of polishing machine.
